**Legal Disclaimer for Laundry Services** Please note that all laundry items must be separated and placed in a clearly identifiable laundry bag, as our team of washers will not read labels on individual items. We will separate colors and whites, but special washing instructions must be clearly specified when booking your order will apply to all items within the requested laundry bag. Note, the team does their best to empty pocket as laundry is processed but we ask that items be removed before pickup. Pens, markers, and any other ink producing items can damage laundry during the cleaning process.
**Pickup Policy** For laundry pickups, please ensure your laundry bag is placed on the front porch prior to your scheduled pickup time. Our team will take a picture of the laundry bag at the time of pickup and again at delivery to document processing and provide updates on your laundry status. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
