Effective August 13, 2026. ESCO, doing business as Wrinkle Ranger (“Wrinkle Ranger”), provides laundry pickup, processing, and delivery services. We collect customer names, email addresses, mobile phone numbers, pickup and delivery addresses, order numbers, laundry preferences, subscription details, service instructions, and pickup or delivery photographs only as needed to schedule and complete services, provide status updates, confirm delivery, support customers, and maintain service records. Payment information is processed securely by Wix and its payment providers; Wrinkle Ranger does not store full payment card numbers. SMS and MMS messages are transactional and not promotional. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies by order, typically up to four messages per laundry service visit.
