Effective August 13, 2026 ESCO, doing business as Wrinkle Ranger (“Wrinkle Ranger”), provides transactional SMS and MMS notifications related to laundry pickup, processing, and delivery. Customers may opt in by entering a mobile number and checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box during Wix checkout when placing an order or purchasing a subscription. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Customers who opt in may receive pickup confirmations, processing updates, delivery notifications, and pickup or drop-off photographs. Message frequency varies by order, typically up to four messages per laundry service visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless the customer opts in again. Reply HELP for assistance. Customers may also email info@wrinkleranger.com or call (214) 444-3527. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages; delivery depends on carrier availability and network conditions.
